Yoga for All. Block of 12 weeks

Come and join us for the New Year to stretch , flex and relax … feel great for 2020! Beginners and improvers most welcome.

We are a lovely welcoming group of all shapes, sizes and abilities,  in a great venue. Age 16 plus

I provide yoga  mats and equipment, you are welcome to bring your own mat and a blanket, for relaxation, if you have one

You can  block book classes in advance – your first session is discounted at just £5 if you are new to yoga

Pre Pay x 5 Classes: £35

Pre Pay x 10 Classes: £65

At Intake Healthy Living Centre, next to the Sandringham road Playing fields, just past the local Sainsburies.  There is plenty of free parking available
