Women’s Restorative Yoga Retreat, Yoga Nidra and Brunch at the Earl of Doncaster
Relax, Refresh and restore, a morning of wonderful restorative yoga followed by Brunch in the Art Deco dinning room at the Earl of Doncaster.
Time 10am to 2pm
9:45 am Arrive and settle in
10 am-12 noon Restorative Yoga
12-1 pm Brunch provided by the Earl of Doncaster in the Art Deco dinning Room
1-2pm Yoga Nidra- a guided meditation also known as the yogic sleep deeply relaxing and nourishing.
