A Friday Evening of Relaxing Yoga Nidra , Breathwork and Sound therapy Gong Bath for Spring Equinox
You are invited to an evening of deeply relaxing yoga nidra, breathwork and sound bath therapy to welcome in the Spring Equinox; a time for growth, to energise, setting intentions a time to release and renew.
You are invited to join Anji and Nikki for a uniquely relaxing evening of Relaxing yoga, breathwork, and Sound Bath Therapy in the beautiful surroundings of the Studio at C-View , Doncaster
This event requires no crazy yoga moves, just your deepest relaxing position, under your blanket.
We are Anji Rox- Senior Yoga teacher, Yoga Nidra teacher, Pregnancy Yoga teacher, thai massage therapist, reflexologist; and Nikki Wall from Natural Goddess Therapies – Nikki Wall is a higher qualified reflexologist, massage therapist and aromatherapist with a particular interest in women’s wellness. She incorporates sound and energy work into her treatments, using gong, Himalayan bowl and drums/percussion to further aid relaxation and wellbeing.
We are both passionate about Women’s wellness and supporting women through life’s journey. Nikki is a Mother of 6 children and grandmother to 4 beautiful Grandchildren, Anji is Mother, step Mother and Step Grandmother.
We are based at C-View , an Oasis in Doncaster city centre.
Formerly known as the Art college to the old town of Doncaster, this beautiful building has been redeveloped into a new and vibrant creative space with new technology companies, artists, a dance photography studio, dance company, performing artists, Natural Goddess Therapies, and Anji Rox Yoga where creativity and alternative therapies are welcomed.
Nikki Wall has based her beautiful Natural Goddess therapy space for massage and treatments at C-View , and Anji teaches weekly yoga, yoga retreats in the beautiful Shala Studio Space. We would like to welcome you to be nourished and supported by us to enjoy this special retreat evening of yoga to release and relax, followed by a gong bath.

We provide all the mats and Yoga equipment to make you comfortable, if you have a favourite yoga mat and blanket then please feel welcome to bring it along, with your fluffy socks to keep you cosy during the relaxation!
Anji Rox is a fully qualified and experienced yoga teacher registered with yoga alliance professionals, as well as a thai yoga massage therapist, registered with thai healing alliance and reflexologist. Anji is passionate about all aspects of supporting holistic women’s health and well being. She trained as a pregnancy yoga teacher and is an advanced yoga teacher having completed 500hrs training in Bristol. She teaches Restorative workshops, Retreats and weekly hatha yoga in Doncaster. She is passionate about supporting student’s to manage chronic stress and it’s effects. She is also running weekend yoga Retreats in North Yorkshire , the Peak District, the Lake District, and Glastonbury
