Be prepared to be taken on a relaxing yogic sleep to narnia
Come and join us for an afternoon of pure relaxation- Yoga nidra and relaxing breathwork- suitable for Beginners and improvers. You will lay down by candlelight, with cosy blankets and make yourself comfortable. Sometimes called the yogic sleep, yoga nidra is deeply relaxing, and an amazing way to de-stress, re-set and refresh. I will guide you through a beautiful and nourishing yoga nidra meditation, you may drift off to your happy place, and we will set your intentions to be kind yourself.
We will do some gentle breathwork to help re-set the brain, and give you a boost for autumn and winter. This will be twinkling, with free herbal teas and mince pies available
