Come and join us for 6 weeks of gentle hatha yoga to relax, flex and stretch. Feel great! Beginners most welcome. We are a lovely welcoming group in a great venue. I provide yoga mats, blankets, and yoga equipment. If you have your own yoga mat, you are welcome to bring it . Places are limited, as I like to keep the group numbers limited so I can teach you as an individual.
