Weds yoga is back for a new 5 week block in June and July.
5 weeks of gentle yoga, stretch, flex and feel great!
Every Weds, with a swapped Weds to Mon 14 July, instead of 16 July.
We mix the yoga up each week, some weeks are standing poses, some weeks are restorative/yin with deeply yoga nidra. Each class closes with a deep relaxation called shavasana (laying down with a blanket).
We are a welcoming group in a great venue. There is free car parking
The yoga I teach is inclusive and accessible to beginners and improvers. Each week will be a different theme, the focus is on meeting yourself where you are at, and adapting the yoga to suit you.

Come and join us for 5 weeks of gentle hatha yoga to relax, flex and stretch. Feel great! Beginners most welcome. We are a lovely welcoming group in a great venue. I provide yoga mats, blankets, and yoga equipment. If you have your own yoga mat, you are welcome to bring it . Places are limited, as I like to keep the group numbers limited so I can teach you as an individual.
