Welcome to our first Women’s  full moon circle retreat  with Anji Rox Yoga and Nikki Wall of Doncaster Wellbeing.

Anji Rox Yoga and Nikki Wall from Doncaster Wellbeing are teaming  up this February to support women online. We can support you with your self care by sharing the ancient  Yoga  techniques to help manage stress and anxiety. Yoga can help re-set the brain moving it out of flight or fight response, helping  the stress hormones to balance.

Nikki will be sharing her advanced  massage techniques and aromatherapy, along with a free gift of oils to try at home.

Nikki Wall-  I’m Nikki, busy mum of six and lover of herbs and crafting. I’m a reflexologist, massage therapist and aromatherapist with a passion for supporting women. I’m very much looking forward to working alongside Anji in delivering a programme of workshops to support your health and wellbeing. I’ll be bringing a mix of advanced reflexology techniques (accessible hand and facial reflexology) holistically married with facial massage and aromatherapy, alongside my interest in facilitating a sustainable, supportive women’s circle for women in and around Doncaster. I look forward to the opportunity to meet and work with you in this exciting new project ❤️

The Yoga- Anji

Set your intention to be kind to yourself with gentle yoga

Breathwork and yoga can help reduce stress and anxiety; promoting feelings of wellbeing

You will need a yoga mats or rug, blankets, cushions, , and bolster if you have one.

This Retreat and circle time will be very nourishing allowing you to re-set and re-charge.

We will be starting with time to share and talk,  followed by relaxing Yoga poses, massage demonstration,   closing the retreat with guided relaxation called Yoga nidra- the Yogic sleep .

Yoga nidra is the state of conciousness between sleep and wakefulness and allows the mind and body to  rest completely. Suitable for anyone who needs some deep relaxation,  Beginners, pregnant ladies and  anyone over 16.

Yoga nidra is not suitable if you have  psychosis- Please ask if unsure.

 

£15 per  person,
