Ever wanted to know more about yoga and try a yoga workshop suitable for Beginners that is taught at a relaxed gentle pace with a tea break? Want to get into Yoga but not sure where to start? Had a baby recently, want to get back into yoga or exercise?, Had a break from class for a while? not sure what this yoga thing is about? Need to build your confidence to get to a class?
This Beginners refresher workshop is for you!
I will teach you the 12 basic poses and give you a class plan for your own home practice with tips to take home. I will take you through each pose in detail. We will cover meditation, chanting, Breath work for relaxation too. You will be able to ask questions as we go along about the poses and I will explain the benefits of each pose.
I will adapt the yoga poses to suit you and your body.
I provide all the equipment to make you comfortable with yoga mats, blocks, belts, blankets and not forgetting the eye pillows for the relaxation. Of course you are welcome to bring your own mat if you have one!
In this workshop we will have a tea break with herbal/teas and coffees provided. We will close our workshop with a guided yoga nidra style deep relaxation after our tea break.
