Ever wanted to know more about yoga and try a yoga workshop suitable for Beginners that is taught at a relaxed gentle pace with a tea break? Want to get into Yoga but not sure where to start? Had a baby recently, want to get back into yoga or exercise?, Had a break from class for a while? not sure what this yoga thing is about? Need to build your confidence to get to a class on line or ‘in studio’?
This Beginners/ Back to Yoga refresher workshop is for you!
I will teach you the 12 basic poses and give you a class plan for your own home practice with tips to take home. I will take you through each pose in detail. We will cover meditation, chanting, Breath work for relaxation too. You will be able to ask questions as we go along about the poses and I will explain the benefits of each pose.
I will show you how to adapt the yoga poses to suit you and your body.
We will have time for a break so bring some water, juice or your flask with your fav hot tea or coffee. We will close our workshop with a guided yoga nidra style deep relaxation after our tea break.
It’s £20 per person
Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket . If you’re not sure which mat to buy then please let me know, and I can advise on the best value, you can get a great sticky studio yoga mat for £20 !
Places are strictly limited to 10 ‘in studio’ to allow for social distancing .
Social distancing applies, we are covid secure, in the lovely C-View Studio, a covid secure venue.
In the event of any new restrictions, or lockdown this event will be taught online using zoom, or a full refund will be offered.
