Anji Rox Yoga offers a full range of classes for every need:

     Beginners especially  welcome
  • Beginners Yoga courses
    including  a Total Beginners course
  • Yoga for all
    suitable for beginners and improvers a mixed ability class. All welcome
  • Women’s Yoga
    A nuturing class for women age 14 plus
  • Pregnancy Yoga
    suitable for pregnant women 16 weeks plus
  • One to one private lessons
    and small groups on request, mini retreat workshops.
