Wow, we’ve had an amazing 5 weeks back in the studio at C-View with our new beginner’s course being fully booked and  now finished, and gentle yoga for all on a Weds 7-8.15pm.
We break for half term, with Weds class starting back on 3 Nov and the return  of our popular Deeply Relaxing Yoga Retreat in November.

Women’s Winter Solstice Relaxing Yoga & Wellbeing Retreat afternoon 1-4pm with Anji Rox teaching women’s yoga,  and deep relaxation, and welcoming holistic therapist Nikki Wall from Idunn holistic Therapies  who will be sharing her massage techniques for women and knowledge of aromatherapy oils   including free herbal teas & oils gift pack.  Suitable for all women, peri(menopause) including Mother’s and teenage daughters, who are about to become women. Anji will be talking about yogic practices that help women’s hormonal health, menopause, peri-menopause, menstrual and breast health
