You’re welcome to join us for pregnancy yoga classes after week 14 of your pregnancy, where you will be able to join other expectant Mums who will practice alongside you.
Nuturing and supporting Mums-to-be through the changes in your body both physically and emotionally, Pregnancy Yoga is a safe way to continue to exercise and maintain good fitness during your pregnancy. Yoga prevents and helps common problems in pregnancy, such as lower back ache and restricted breath, by practicing breath techniques and gentle poses to support and prepare the body for birth.
