It would be great if you  can join me for some yoga in 2019!

We have our  Weds weekly class at the Intake Healthy Living Centre, off Sandringham Road, Intake, Dn2 5JA 7-8pm . (There is plenty of parking)

Once a month restorative workshops, pregnancy yoga and 2 Yoga Holiday weekends in North Yorkshire all coming up in 2019.

It’s going to be a busy January and exciting 2019 with our first Yoga holiday weekends. I  can’t wait to see you all on the mat.
